Clothing, phone use and hydration

  • All dancers must wear comfortable and appropriate footwear and clothing (trainers, tracksuit bottoms/shorts/leggings, t-shirts, hoodies etc). Footwear such as crocs, sandals, boots and flip flops are prohibited for health and safety reasons, please wear trainers or the appropriate dance shoes only
  • Students must bring a bottle of water with them to class to ensure that they are adequately hydrated. Please note that flavoured water is allowed but fizzy pop is not
  • Use of phones is not permitted during class unless it is an emergency or there are extenuating circumstances

Payment, re-enrolment and cancelations

  • Once your child has been booked on and added to the register they will then be automatically re-enrolled each month and you will receive an invoice with a payment link every month prior to the commencement of the classes. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are agreeing to automatic re-enrolment and to paying the class fees each month (excluding school holidays)
  • In the event that your child misses a class/classes we are unable to offer any refunds, partial refunds, class swaps or discounts
  • Should you wish to cancel your automatic re-enrolment you must give at least two weeks notice (for example if you wished to cancel your automatic re-enrolment for the month of February you must let us know no later than the 18th of January). Failure to cancel your automatic re-enrolment in time will result in you still being charged
  • We ask that payment please be made within one week of receiving an invoice and that payment has always been made prior to the commencement of the class, this is for insurance purposes

Collections and health conditions

  • Parents must inform us prior to the commencement of the class if their child is being collected by a person/persons who aren't their parents or guardians
  • Pre-existing health conditions (and allergies) must be disclosed before class commencement. Any injury or health concern during class should be reported immediately
